Terms of Service

Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating a workspace and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

Acceptable Use

Pulse is a research and drafting tool with a human-in-the-loop design. You agree not to use the Services to:

• Send unlawful communications. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, A2P 10DLC registration requirements for SMS, and any equivalent laws in your prospects' jurisdictions.
• Send spam, deceptive messages, or messages impersonating someone else.
• Harvest data from websites in violation of their terms of service.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the Services or access another workspace's data.
• Resell the Services without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, including high spam or bounce rates that threaten shared sending infrastructure.

Your Data and Content

You own the data you bring to Pulse: your leads, drafts, settings, and generated content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services (for example storing your leads and sending them to an AI model to draft a message you requested). We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI Output

AI-generated research and drafts can contain errors. Pulse is draft-first by design: review output before you rely on it or send it. You are responsible for the content of every message you approve and send. If your workspace enables direct sending, you accept responsibility for messages sent under that configuration.

Third-Party Services and Your API Keys

The Services interoperate with third-party platforms (for example HubSpot, LinkedIn, Gmail, SendGrid, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Stripe). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for keys you connect, including any usage costs billed by those providers to your accounts.

Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the prices shown at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes. Plan limits (such as leads, emails, and videos per month) are enforced in the product. You can cancel anytime from the billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active through the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to workspace owners.

Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including the Pulse software, design, and branding, are owned by FaithlineAI and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Services except where the law permits.

Service Availability

We work to keep the Services available and performant, but they are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change as the product evolves; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaithlineAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 100 US dollars if you have not paid us.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FaithlineAI against claims arising from your content, your outreach, or your violation of these terms or applicable law, including communications regulations.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. On termination you may request an export of your leads within 30 days, after which we may delete workspace data per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Services evolve. For material changes we will notify workspace owners by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
