Data Deletion Request
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This page applies to anyone who has contacted FaithlineAI through our website, booked a call with us, or used the Pulse platform. You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, and this page explains exactly how to do it and what happens next.
What Data We Hold
- Contact details from our site form. Your name, email address, company, phone number, and the message you sent us.
- Booking details. If you scheduled a call, the name, email address, and any answers you provided when booking, along with the date and time of the meeting.
- Marketing attribution parameters. The campaign tags attached to the link you arrived on, such as the source, medium, and campaign name, recorded so we know which ad or post led to your enquiry.
- Website analytics. Anonymized page-view and traffic data collected through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. This data is not tied to your name or email address.
- Pulse workspace data. For clients, the account and workspace content inside the Pulse platform: your login details, leads and contact records, notes, outreach drafts, generated videos and scripts, and workspace settings.
How to Request Deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
In the email, include the email address or phone number you used when you contacted us, booked a call, or signed up for Pulse. We need that detail to locate your records. If you used more than one address, list them all so nothing is missed. You do not need an account with us to make a request, and there is no charge.
What Happens Next
- We confirm we received your request within 3 business days.
- We locate every record tied to the details you gave us and delete them within 30 days.
- We email you again once the deletion is complete, and tell you if anything had to be retained and why.
What We Cannot Delete
We are required to keep certain records to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. That includes invoices, payment records, and related correspondence for past customers. These are kept only for as long as the law requires, are not used for marketing, and are not shared with anyone beyond our accountant and the relevant authorities.
Website Analytics
Google Analytics and the Meta pixel record anonymized traffic data that is not linked to a named account, so there is no individual record for us to look up and remove. If you want to clear that data, you can delete the cookies and site storage for faithlineai.com in your browser settings, and use your browser's tracking protection or an opt-out extension such as the Google Analytics opt-out add-on to prevent it being collected in future.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you want to know what we hold before deciding, email [email protected] and we will give you a straight answer. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of how we handle information.
