Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
FaithlineAI ("we", "our", "us") operates the faithlineai.com website, the Pulse platform at dashboard.faithlineai.com, the Pulse Assistant Chrome extension, and the Pulse card for HubSpot. This policy explains what information we collect across those products, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected] and we will give you a straight answer.
Information We Collect
- Account information. When you create a Pulse workspace we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials, handled through Firebase Authentication.
- Workspace data. Content you and your team add to Pulse: leads and contact records, notes, outreach drafts and sequences, generated videos and scripts, news items, and workspace settings. This data belongs to you.
- Integration keys. If you connect your own accounts for services such as SendGrid, ElevenLabs, Pexels, or Typefully, we store those API keys to operate the integration on your behalf. We use them only for the features you configured.
- Page context (Chrome extension). The Pulse Assistant extension reads the name and company of the prospect visible on supported sites (LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Gmail) only so you can research that prospect with one click. It does not log your browsing history, read your email inbox, or capture pages in the background.
- Resource downloads and sign-ups. When you request a free resource, such as a guide or prompt pack linked from a video or social post, we collect the email address you enter so we can deliver the resource and follow up. If you check the optional box to opt in, we also treat that email as consent to send you occasional tips and updates. Opting in is never required to receive the resource.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage and analytics. Our marketing site uses Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymized page-view metrics without cross-site tracking cookies. The Pulse platform records basic usage counters (for example emails sent and videos generated) to enforce plan limits.
How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Pulse platform and our services.
- To research prospects and generate drafts you explicitly request.
- To send transactional messages such as invites, receipts, and service notices.
- To enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and keep the platform secure.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace data to train AI models.
Marketing Emails and Your Consent
When you download a free resource we email it to the address you provide and may follow up about it. Marketing emails, such as AI tips, articles, and product updates, are only sent if you check the optional opt-in box agreeing to our Terms and this Privacy Policy. That box is never required to get the resource. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing [email protected]. We do not sell or rent your email address.
AI Processing
Pulse features such as lead research, outreach drafting, and content generation send the relevant text (for example a lead's name, company, and public research findings) to AI model providers, currently including Google (Gemini), to generate results. These providers process the data to return a response; under our agreements they do not use it to train their models. Drafts produced by AI are presented to a human for review by default. Nothing is sent to a prospect without a person in your workspace approving it, unless your workspace explicitly enables direct sending.
Where Data Lives
Workspace data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage) in the United States. Our API runs on Render, and our websites are hosted on Vercel. Email, SMS, and voice features route through the providers you or we configure (for example SendGrid, Twilio, ElevenLabs). Each provider processes only the data needed for its function.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers named above, as needed to run the product; when you direct us to (for example sending an email you approved); or if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Retention and Deletion
Workspace data is retained while your workspace is active. If you cancel, you can export your leads before closing. To delete your account and associated data, email [email protected] and we will complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records).
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Workspace data is isolated per tenant and protected by Firebase security rules with role-based access. API keys you provide are stored server-side and are never exposed to other workspaces or to the browser in the HubSpot card. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow current good practice and fix reported issues promptly.
Your Prospects' Data
When you import or research leads in Pulse, you are the controller of that data and responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people. Pulse compiles research from public sources and the enrichment providers you configure. If someone contacts us asking to be removed from a customer's workspace, we will pass the request to that customer and assist with removal.
Children
Our products are business tools and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes affecting Pulse customers, notify workspace owners by email.
