An AI-native operating system for small agencies.

Pulse bundles what would normally be six separate SaaS tools into one workspace: AI news intelligence, a full CRM with automated outreach, content and script generation, an AI video production pipeline, and a team of autonomous AI agents that do the work while a human approves anything that leaves the building. Built solo over seven months and 320 commits, live in private beta.

ONE AGENT, FOUR SURFACESA Next.js dashboard, a Chrome side-panel extension, a HubSpot CRM card, and an MCP server all share one tool registry, so a tool fixed once is fixed everywhere.
THE STACKNext.js and Tailwind up front. A multi-tenant Express and Firebase backend with cron schedulers, WebSocket workers, and Stripe billing. A deterministic ffmpeg video pipeline with ElevenLabs voiceover.
GUARDRAILS IN CODEDraft-first everywhere. Send caps, cooldowns, and List-Unsubscribe headers are hard checks the model cannot talk its way past. The headline stat stays 0 sent without you.
SHAPED BY REAL USERSGrounded in 15+ discovery interviews through the Innovate Charlotte Customer Discovery Lab. Prospects said no new logins, so Pulse meets them inside the tools they already use.

Campus food recovery at Elon University.

THE PROBLEMGood food was going to waste while students walked past it.
WHAT I BUILTExpo Router and TypeScript with geofenced push notifications: an expo-location background task fires a free-food-nearby alert when a student enters an event region. Firebase auth and data, a dedicated offline mode with AsyncStorage caching, and a GPT-4o-mini chatbot with web search.

A direct-booking site for a Fayetteville vacation rental Superhost. Next.js with a Butterbase backend and two-way iCal sync against Airbnb, so availability stays accurate without a channel manager, plus a booking request flow the owner accepts or declines from a magic-link email.
