New The agent layer for sales teams, now in private beta

The AI agent layer that lives on top of your CRM

Pulse researches every lead, writes outreach that actually sounds human, and hands you the draft where you already work: a side panel over LinkedIn, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gmail, a card inside the HubSpot record, or the Pulse dashboard. Nothing sends until you approve it.

Your reps spend the day researching.
They barely get to sell.

We ran 15+ discovery conversations with SDRs, agency founders, and rev-ops leaders. The same bottleneck came up every time: the work before the send eats the day, and the AI shortcuts everyone has tried just don't sound human.

60–80%
of the day goes to research
SDRs toggle between 3–5 tools, filtering lists and digging up context before a single message is sent.

Research → draft → your review

Pulse runs the loop that wastes your reps' day, then hands you a finished draft to approve. Draft-first is the default: nothing sends without your sign-off.

01

Researches the lead

Pulse enriches each contact with live context like funding, hiring, tech stack, and trigger events, right on the CRM record. No more jumping between tabs.

02

Writes a human-quality draft

It turns that research into a personalized message in your voice, not a fill-in-the-blank template. That's the difference between a draft you send and one you have to rewrite.

03

You approve & send

Edit, approve, or regenerate. The call is always yours. Keeping a person in control isn't a setting you turn on in Pulse. It's how the product works by default.

Lives inside the tools
you already use

Pulse isn't another dashboard to log into. One agent, one tool set, four surfaces. It shows up where the work already happens and stays out of the way until there's a draft to review.

  • Chrome side panel. Reads the prospect on screen across LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, and Gmail, with one click to research and draft.
  • HubSpot CRM card. The same assistant embedded right inside the contact record.
  • Open to your agents. An MCP endpoint lets the AI tools you already run call the same research and drafting functions.

SYNCING…
QUEUED

Drafts from real research,
not a template

Before a word is written, Pulse builds a research brief on the prospect: company facts, likely tech stack, recent trigger events, and a recommended angle, with sources. The draft is written from that brief. That's the difference between "Hi {{first_name}}" and outreach that earns a reply.

  • Honest by design. If research can't verify a fact, the draft never fakes one. It falls back to role and industry signals instead.
  • 7-step sequences. From first touch to break-up, drafted and tracked.
  • Deliverability built in. Send caps, cooldowns, and MX validation keep you out of spam.

Congrats on the raise, Sarah
Saw Northwind closed its Series B, congrats. Most teams scaling SDRs this fast hit a ramp wall. Worth a quick look at how we cut research time before your next 6 hires start?
Regenerate
Approve

Works while you sleep,
sends when you say

Schedule Pulse to research and draft overnight, so a queue of approved-ready outreach is waiting each morning. The agent does the grind; the human keeps the keys.

  • Autonomous scheduling. Per-team cadences that run on their own.
  • Draft-first by default. Every message waits for human approval; direct send is an explicit per-workspace opt-in.
  • Compliance-aware. You stay the sender of record, clear of A2P 10DLC and CAN-SPAM liability that comes with autonomous sending.

The whole loop, in one screen

Watch Pulse research a lead, draft the outreach, and hand it back for review, all without leaving the CRM.

Set up the Chrome side panel
in under a minute

The Pulse Assistant extension rides on top of LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, and Gmail. It reads the prospect on your screen and drafts outreach for you to approve. Here's how to connect it.

Full walkthrough: installing and connecting the Pulse Assistant extension

You'll need a Pulse workspace

The extension is the front end. Your workspace is where the leads, data, and AI live. It connects with a workspace key, so there's no separate extension login.

Works in Chrome and Brave
Keep your workspace key private. It connects straight to your workspace. If it ever leaks, open Settings → Extension and click Regenerate key, then re-paste the new one into the extension.
1

Install the extension

  1. Open the Pulse Assistant page on the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome, then Add extension to confirm.
  2. Pin it: click the puzzle-piece icon in your toolbar, then the pin next to Pulse Assistant.
2

Get your connection details

The extension needs two values from your workspace, both on one page.

  1. Log in to Pulse and go to Settings → Extension (or /settings/extension).
  2. API URL is filled in for you. Click the copy icon next to it.
  3. Workspace key starts with pk_. If you don't have one, click Generate key, then copy it.
3

Connect the extension

  1. Click the Pulse Assistant icon in your toolbar to open the side panel.
  2. On the Connect your workspace screen, paste your API URL into the first field and your workspace key into the second.
  3. Click Connect. Both values are stored locally in your browser, so you only do this once per device.
4

Use it

  1. Open any supported site: LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, or Gmail.
  2. Pulse detects the person on screen and shows a context chip at the top of the panel.
  3. Click Research to brief and draft a message, or type your own question. Highlight a name on the page to override auto-detection.
"Invalid Pulse API key"
The key was mistyped, or it was regenerated in Pulse after you connected. Open Settings → Extension, copy the current key, then click the gear icon in the side panel and paste it again.
"No person detected on this page"
You're on a supported site but Pulse can't find a profile in view. Open a specific profile, contact, or lead record rather than a list or search page.
"Pulse can't read this tab. Refresh the page."
The page loaded before the extension was ready. Refresh the tab and reopen the panel. This is most common on LinkedIn right after install.
The panel only shows the Connect screen
You haven't entered both values yet, or one is blank. Both the API URL and the workspace key are required.
Nothing happens on a site that isn't in the list
Page reading only runs on LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, and Gmail. On any other site you can still open the panel and chat with Pulse directly; it just won't read the page.

We didn't guess. We asked.

Pulse was shaped by 15+ customer-discovery conversations with the people who'd actually use it: SDRs, agency founders, and rev-ops leaders. Here's what they told us, in their own words.

"

If you combined the lead-finding with the AI campaign messaging… all you'd have to do is send. That's a dream.

I go into 25 to 40 different dashboards daily. It's constant context switching, and that is very jarring.

The prospecting is so manual. If something could have the cadences ready based on ICP data, that would be very helpful.

Questions, answered.

The things teams ask before they let an agent near their pipeline.

What is Pulse?
Pulse is an AI agent layer by FaithlineAI that sits on top of your existing CRM. It researches every lead, drafts outreach that sounds human, and queues it for your review. Nothing sends until you approve.
Which CRMs and tools does Pulse work with?
The Pulse Chrome side panel works over LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, and Gmail. It reads the prospect on screen and offers one-click research and drafting. There's also a native HubSpot CRM card that embeds Pulse inside a contact record. You integrate rather than migrate.
Is Pulse fully autonomous, or do I stay in control?
Pulse is draft-first by default. It researches and drafts on its own, but every message waits for your approval, and nothing is sent without a human hitting send. Teams that want direct sending can explicitly opt in per workspace in Settings.
Where does Pulse live? Do I need to log into another dashboard?
No. One agent is delivered on four surfaces: the Pulse dashboard, a Chrome side panel over any CRM tab, a HubSpot CRM card, and an MCP endpoint so your own AI agents can call the same tools. The side panel and HubSpot card mean Pulse works where you already do.
What about cold-outreach compliance like A2P 10DLC and CAN-SPAM?
By default, Pulse is the research and copywriting layer, not the sender of record. Drafts are reviewed and sent by a human, which keeps you clear of the liability that comes with autonomous cold SMS and email under A2P 10DLC and CAN-SPAM. Built-in send caps, cooldowns, and MX validation protect deliverability when you do send.
How is Pulse different from generic AI email tools?
Instead of filling a template, Pulse builds each message from live prospect research, like recent announcements, hiring signals, and other context, so drafts read like a human wrote them rather than a mail merge.
How much does Pulse cost?
Pulse has a Free plan for solo operators, a Pro plan at $49/month for active prospectors and small teams, and an Enterprise plan at $149/month for agencies running outreach at scale.
How is Pulse different from autonomous AI SDRs like 11x or Artisan?
Autonomous AI SDRs such as 11x and Artisan are built to research, write, and send outreach on their own. Pulse does the same research and drafting, but it stops before the send. Every message waits in a queue for a human to approve. If you want fully hands-off sending, an autonomous AI SDR fits. If you want AI to take the busywork while a person still owns every send and the relationship, that's Pulse.

Give your reps their day back.

Let Pulse handle the research and the first draft. Your team does what only people can: read the room, hit send, and close.
