Common questions

How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter the email you signed up with. You will receive a reset link by email. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I manage or cancel my Premium subscription?
If you subscribed through the iPhone app, manage it in your device settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → A Better MIND. If you subscribed on the web, contact us at [email protected] and we will take care of it. Canceling stops future billing and you keep Premium until the end of the current period.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same account you used when you subscribed. Your Premium status syncs with your account, so it follows you across devices.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account and request deletion. We will permanently remove your account, journal entries, and associated data, and confirm once it is done.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your entries are stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Full details are in our privacy policy.
The app is not working correctly. What should I do?
First, make sure you are on the latest version of the app and try closing and reopening it. If the problem continues, email us with your device model, what you were doing when the issue happened, and a screenshot if possible. That helps us fix it fast.
Can I use A Better MIND on the web?
Yes. The app is available in your browser at abettermind.faithlineai.com with the same account.
